I don’t think I would go anywhere else. He is awesome, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful and friendly. I test rode 4 bikes and found the perfect one with his help!
Patrick was extremely helpful and works quickly. He took the bike right away & it took 5 minutes to change a tube/tire and adjust the brakes! Amazing! Love the friendly and efficient customer service!

Stopped in yesterday to see about a child seat for my son. Patrick was the first to greet me at the door and was quick to provide assistance with a carrier for my son at a great price. We look forward to the next community bicycle ride as a family. what I like most about Brooks is the friendly atmosphere. When calling or going into other local bike shops I am not given the time of day. But Patrick treated me like I was the only person around. He has earned my respect and my business.
