Stumpled upon Brooks bike shop while riding on the Trace. I have 2 bikes, 1 hybrid that I ride on the Trace and 1 ebike that I ride around town for fun. My local bike, located in Hammond, will not work on ebikes. Ben and Wayne have been very helpful! Had work done on my hybrid and my ebike. Definitely recommend and will be back. In the market for an ebike, they have a few in stock in Covington.
So Ben was there to answer my phone call and then to sell me a new tire and tube when I needed it in a hurry. Excellent customer service and personality! many thanks Ben~
Great find in Slidell. Personal, courteous and professional service. In and out in 10 minutes with a tire repair, clean up, and gear adjustment. Thanks Patrick. We sure are glad you brought your shop to Slidell. Try them out; they also rent bikes to to ride along the Trace.

Not only is Brooks an excellent bike shop but Patrick works annually to gather parts and put together functioning bikes to donate to those in our community who can use them. How awesome is that?
