HORRIBLE people - wouldn't raise a finger to help a World War II veteran whose car broke down on the way home from UVA Medical Center because it was "quitting time before a holiday weekend (yeah, MEMORIAL DAY)" and they "had all the work they needed." Would not even peek under the hood to see if something obvious and easily fixed had gone wrong. And it was actually 15 minutes before quitting time.
