Awful experience. Our condo was dirty. People were very loud pass noise ordinance. The pool was very cold and dirty as well. It's also very unsafe area although it's gated. Within 5 mins of leaving our stuff outside by our car, our tent was stolen. So make sure if you do stay, you watch your stuff the whole time. I do not recommend staying here. Yes, we did stay at your property — Room 303 — and our rental was booked through Southern Vacation Rentals. I believe it is important for future guests to be aware of our experience.... read more

Stayed in Dune Pointe May of 2024. Loved Salty Cowboy! Loved the owner! Very quaint property. ONLY thing we didn't like was the buildings on each side limited our view. But one day we may return. It would be to the Salty Cowboy!
I don't even wanna give it 1 star. Worst experience I have ever had. I will say we had too many kids but that's what it was, kids. They said because of fire code and overweight capacity my kids, all three together, weigh 100 pounds. Not a family place. Stay away. They wouldn't even let our family, which we had two condos rented, all hang out in one for lunch and talk. And they are watching you on camera. The head of HOA called us or text twice a day about how many people we had in the condo. Very invasive of privacy for sure... read more
Great place to stay, cozy room, we stayed in the Salty Cowboy. Wonderful service, clean atmosphere. The one complaint I have is the elevator is terrifying and seems to have lots of problems based on other reviews. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!
