We just bought a home in Wickenburg Arizona and had to recondition our entire air conditioning unit. Their tech Brandon did an amazing job. He spent time explaining how to keep our system operating more efficient and to ensure that it lasts longer. We are very pleased to have contacted Brooks Air Conditioning.

Came home from a weekend away to a 97° house. Called up Brooks first thing in the morning and Brandon came right out to diagnose the problem. Had to order a board in and they had it installed quickly. Brandon was very professional.
Very polite and helpful on the phone. The tech was very knowledgable, arrived quickly and got our AC back in good shape. Price was quite reasonable.
The owner Art was just plain rude came out to my location and started talking down to me like i was a child. Kept telling me how I would have to spend the "big bucks" and they would take care things. He stormed of after i was telling him I was just going to have my home warranty pay for it.
