This beautiful, very well preserved place went from being a quiet and pleasant place to uncertainty, I have extreme insecurity with the ownership of the tenants. We simply have to get used to our belongings being stolen and pay for a security service that does not fulfill its corporate purpose, which is to protect everything that the condominium refers to. I’d rather do a 0 stars. Maintenance never does maintenance. Office never answers the phone. Pool access code is not accessible. Office staff rude to apartment tenants.

i came yesterday with my boyfriend & the two ladies in the office were so sweet and welcoming they gave us a tour and helped us out to look for our new home , We have applied and praying to god everything goes well 🙏
I’ve been living here for over 2 years and have had no issues. Anytime you need maintenance, they try to accommodate as soon as they can. The landscaping is getting better and they try to make sure the dumpsters areas are always clean due to people incorrectly using them.
