i came yesterday with my boyfriend & the two ladies in the office were so sweet and welcoming they gave us a tour and helped us out to look for our new home , We have applied and praying to god everything goes well 🙏

I’ve been living here for over 2 years and have had no issues. Anytime you need maintenance, they try to accommodate as soon as they can. The landscaping is getting better and they try to make sure the dumpsters areas are always clean due to people incorrectly using them.

I lived at Brookridge Village for two years and recently moved out on September 20th. The apartment is mediocre, definitely not worth the price of rent. My neighbors’ cars were constantly getting broken into or stolen (they have metro security there but I never saw them patrolling at night time when the break-ins would occur). The pool was often closed on days it was supposed to be open and the office staff don’t communicate these closures. Since we have lived here we have dealt with multiple administrative issues. Incorrect rent, incorrect leases, and a lack of communication have been consistent. Often we have spoken to the staff about these issues and have been told they would be "taken care of", yet the issues still persist and we are left trying to contact the office again.
