I called about 13 times all over the course of a week or two, no answer. I visited the leasing office 4 times, nobody answered. They were awful

This is a Slumlord operation at best. They dont fix nothing.

Lived here 7 years and it’s not what it used to be. The apartments themselves are an excellent value (provided you don’t get the cat hoarding one that wasn’t properly cleaned), beautiful floor plans and lots of space. One bedroom has a spiral staircase, fireplace, loft area, 1.5 bathrooms and sliding glass doors to a private patio.

Used to be a great place to live until old landlords got bought out by a new landlords who treating everything corporate and only giving it a facelift. I've lived at brookpoint for close to 10 years the air conditioner is horrible the windows leak and maintenance only halfway fixes things. For as much as rent is I expect a lot more $810..+. The air conditioning unit barely reaches upstairs your electric bill will be so high in the summertime. Working on moving out can't wait to leave.
