I don't live here, but I need to get in touch with the management office. Is there an alternative number to call, for the one listed keeps stating that there is a server error. I can either reach out by phone, or if there is an email address, that would be better. Thank you in advance

I’d give it 0 stars if I could. I regret moving here maintenance is horrible you have to constantly call them for someone to come out. It’s been 2 weeks with no AC. My stove doesn’t work.. & There’s some crackheads living in the laundry room damaging the machines so nobody can wash or dry.. My advice is DONT MOVE HERE!!!

My horror stories about this place I can't believe what happened to me. I applied for 2 bedroom apartment with brookmont apartment online 3 months in advance payed my application fee and holding fee. After submitting all the paperwork I got approved. I was supposed to move in on 26th November, I arrived to Virginia from Alabama driving all night with my household in big U-hall on November 25th. The worst experience ever. Management maintenance everything is trash. I was moved into an apartment filled with roaches, dirty cabinets and so much more. I kept being told they were coming to fix the issues and when it’s said and done two weeks later I was told I have to do it myself.
