My horror stories about this place I can't believe what happened to me. I applied for 2 bedroom apartment with brookmont apartment online 3 months in advance payed my application fee and holding fee. After submitting all the paperwork I got approved. I was supposed to move in on 26th November, I arrived to Virginia from Alabama driving all night with my household in big U-hall on November 25th. The worst experience ever. Management maintenance everything is trash. I was moved into an apartment filled with roaches, dirty cabinets and so much more. I kept being told they were coming to fix the issues and when it’s said and done two weeks later I was told I have to do it myself.
The fact that you all are seeing literal proof of how trifling and ran down these apartments are, but you continue to inquire about living in them speaks volumes on how you all live. Absolutely disgusting and even more disturbing if you have children and CHOOSE to put them in a predicament like this.
I called to ask questions about the apartments. I could not get anyone on the phone.
