Brookmenadow Apartments is the worst I agree Brookmeadow Apartmetns is by far the worst place i have ever lived.If u have kids or u want ANY company this is not the place.I pay 600 a month and feel as if i live in my parents basement.The apartments are falling apart and if fixed they are rigged up.From falling blinds to bathtubs that dont hold water to not being able to watch the news at 6pm at a normal level.This is the WORST and has the Worst managment.Also to include they lie and go on here say from other residents in whi... read more
SCAM ARTISTS BEWARE!!! - after you move in to Brookmeadow apartments they will not fix anything - and they will raise your rent after you move in. I would not recommend this place to anybody.
Nice apartments We looked into Brookmeadow when apartment hunting because we liked the location-close to the mall and 44th street. The employees were great, showing us the apartment model. However, the rent prices were high and close to what we now pay for our mortgage(1400 sq ft house in Jenison). The apartments seemed clean and nicely updated.
Not that great! My wife and I moved here just before we got married. There was a problem with the heat and we had the maintenance come and "fix" it five or six times. The heat would stay on when the outside temperature was over 90 deg. they finally had a heating and cooling company fix it when winter finally rolled around. There are a ton of other problems with the apartments that we have asked to get fixed but never happens. The lining in the bath tub is peeling off, the windows get stuck open, when closed the windows leak ... read more
