Royal American Management, and City Vista of Pompano Beach FL, are in violation of Florida Statute 399. Certificate of Operations has been expired for over 3 months, and no inspection since 01/10/18. The residents deserve BETTER! There are other more disgusting incidents that quite a few residents would like to speak to our city/county officials about, if given the opportunity. They need a new maintenance man the one present is not doing a good job and he his giving the residents hell and some of them are afraid to say anything, which is not right they are not living for free. You can not send the rat to set his own trap. So the management needs to listen to the residents and do the right thing. His behavior his affecting people's health.

RecommendedBeautiful setting Angie is great always so helpful, maintenance always good at getting back to you. They have 2 guys between both complexes.
Makes lease amendments and rent increases in middle of lease. Not to mention illegally termination of lease after natural disaster, then send letters reversed said termination after they were caught. too late for those that had already gave up there property after given 7 days to find a place to live and then try and pack and move in the dark. never trust Royal American.
