The new office manager is awesome! She deals with me when I get irritated and can deescalate it every time. Renee is her name, she has an open door policy. All you have to do is explain to her and she will make it happen.
New management company, very friendly and getting stuff done.
Lived here 1 year (2022-2023) positives; Management was very friendly and helpful. Fast maintenance. No theft. Safe community to live in. Good looking apartments with a lot of space. Snow cleared by 8am. Issues we had; Low water pressure in the kitchen, and bathrooms. Breaker would trip if we used an air fryer, and a microwave at the same time. A lot of traffic noise from the highway next to the building. Not sure if our upstairs neighbors were heavy footed, or thin flooring. No parking near our building in the evening. Date... read more
