I recently there to get my car wash and they over charge you and there very rude they starch my door and I never compliant about to the owner at all cause I didn't want guy lose his job it's kool tho 1 star
This is not good car wash in NYC
Awful customer service, awful job, just do yourself a favor and avoid the headache - avoid this place. They left scratches on my car - when I nicely pointed it out to the owner, his first word was "and?" And then " I can't do anything for you". Immediate hostility. Also the car wasn't even clean they did a terrible job. Finally don't fall for their birthday special. It's a bait and switch! I asked about it on my bday, and with no explanation at all, they refused to honor it. What's more is that they were rude about it.
