Good bagels for a reasonable price, but cream cheese is expensive & basically doubles your cost. Avoid the sausage, it's rubbery like McDonald's. Staff was nice & helpful. Inside & outside was very clean. Bathrooms were nice & clean. The coffee selection both hot & cold is impressive. They have coffee ICE CUBES!! Good selection of creamers. Coke products for soda & nice slection of teas. Fun music selection.
Decent bagels but awful service lately. I've been coming here for years and the service is finally at the point where I will atart actively avoiding this BWB.
