I purchased food from the BWB Boca Raton West shop on August 3. I purchased online. When I got home, one of the apple cinnamon muffins had mold inside. I returned to the store to show them. I requested a refund for the order and have not received the refund to my card. The manager said he emailed someone and that my card would be refunded. I visited today 8/7/25, their A/C is broken.. their creamer machine is broken and the coffee tastes sour. They have creamers packaged in little containers on the cashier counter that went bad because of the heat and curdled in my coffee. I asked for a refund for my coffee but I should have also asked for a refund for my bagel sandwich… the Asiago bagel was so dry maybe because the bagels are sitting out in the heat. Very rude
The coffee is really good, but the quality of the cutting and of the bagels is low. Irregular sizes, sliced wrong, or undercooked. Has happened often.
Best bagels around. I call other bagels CLONES.
