Been going for many years but on my last 4 visits the hot coffee has been lukewarm.... Not Hot!! at all. What a disappointment. I love the bagels and schmear but I want HOT coffee. When I addressed this situation to the Manager or person who works there, they give me a funny look like I'm crazy. I don't know what to do. I may have to do where else.

Been coming to this BWB for nearly half a decade now. Every time I am here, I see Jean. He is such a hard worker. Everyone works well under him, and he knows his stuff. Whatever you pay him, pay him more, this location would simply not have the quality of service as it does now ever since he started.

I drove 40 minutes. Get to this place. They had no bagels. I ordered it on good to go. They should not advertise on good to go if you have no bagels terrible, the girl that worked there elde the manager was so disrespectful . Terrible customer service.. She talked to me any which way she wanted to.I don't know what's a problem.\nWhy do you hire people like this?Because you don't want to pay\nI recommend this place a 0 out of a 100.
