Once again, my order was incorrect. Gave them another chance but not sure why. Paid extra for a flagel, didn't get it. Ordered jalapeño cream cheese, got plain. Didn't think it was too hard of an order, but clearly I was incorrect. Very disappointed!

I purchased food from the BWB Boca Raton West shop on August 3. I purchased online. When I got home, one of the apple cinnamon muffins had mold inside. I returned to the store to show them. I requested a refund for the order and have not received the refund to my card. The manager said he emailed someone and that my card would be refunded.
