the people in urgent care are nice and understand it's a clean place you get taken care of fast I had a great experience
Went to the Utica Ave location and it was closed at 5:25 but your hours listed is till 6pm.. Did your hours of operation change? If so you need to let the public know
Wonderful care with great doctors and staff. Uses state of art technologies and is a thought leader into how to use information technology to deliver excellent medicare care with the least wait times. Highly recommend!!!!!
I went in with my wife because she had constant stomach pain and dizziness. When we arrived, it was 8:47PM and we suspected to be told to come in the next day as the clinic closes at 9PM. However, the front desk receptionist was very welcoming. We filled out the necessary paperwork and were seen immediately by the nurse. About 15 minutes later, my wife was seen and examined by the doctor who was sensitive to our concerns and addressed all of our questions. Would certainly use again and recommend to all without reservation.
If you're really sick,skip this place and go to Emergency Room! The Dr. Could have stared on the Walking Dead! She didn't have a clue! Prescribed chicken soup for a patient with asthma and a cold.
Don't love going to Drs. So in all fairness to my hatred of Dr offices. Not only were they kind and caring. They took care of me right away.
