I’ve experienced a level of catharsis through Brooklyn Somatic Therapy that I never found with traditional talk therapy. Rebecca and Binny create a warm, grounded, and deeply supportive environment, and they have a unique ability to help you safely explore your personal history and lived experience. If you’re looking for a more embodied, compassionate approach to healing, I highly recommend them.

Rebecca is an incredibly gifted facilitator of family constellations. Her passion for her work can be felt as she guides clients through experiences that alter perceptions and heal generational trauma.
Very hard to describe without participating, but my takeaways: - as significant as any session (group or individual) I have attended - impactful across age ranges. I attended with one of my (adult) children and the impact was as significant for her as it was for me - threads the needle of the spiritual and the professional. In my experience this is no mean feet, and this is where Rebecca excels Finally, I think this is the only Google review I have ever written which in itself should say something!
Rebecca lead a Family Constellation therapy that I participated in. Rebecca’s knowledge allows her to provide a calm and safe environment, which allowed me to access a deep trauma. With Rebecca guidance I’ve been able move forward and continue to grow as a person. Perla
