Brooklyn Realty Center is excellent. I highly recommend them. We hired them to manage a property and worked with them for four years. They were tremendously helpful with minor maintenance issues as well as crises, including a basement flood and construction work to fortify against future flooding. Always hesitant about moving to a new building and using a real estate firm, my fears were quieted immediately after my first meeting with Brooklyn Realty. Anthony Ursino, realtor and broker, took the time to walk me through several choices of apartments and always explained the up and down side of the various apartments. In the end my choice was made with total knowledge of what I was getting into.
