Listen, I'm not the type to leave reviews but this crew earned it. My pipe burst at 2am on a Saturday, water everywhere, total nightmare. Called around and either got voicemails or "we'll call you back" nonsense. These guys answered on the first ring, had a plumber at my place in like 65 minutes. Unreal. He fixed the pipe fast, walked me through what happened, didn't try to upsell me on a bunch of stuff I didn't need. Price was fair too especially for an emergency plumbing call in Brooklyn. We feel so fortunate to have found Brooklyn Prestige Plumbing 24/7! When our toilet and shower suddenly backed up at our Airbnb in Brooklyn, and we had guests who needed help fast, Landon and Jamie really saved the day. It was late at night and none of the other plumbers we called answered or could come until the next morning.
