Disappointed. I love Brooklyn and have ordered for years. Delivery times are getting longer and longer and tonight? Was told 50 minutes. At over 75 minutes I called to ask where my pie was. Left on hold another 10 only to hang up and call back. Was told "we don't know what happened to your order." And told it would be another 15 still. It's a good pie but over two hr wait when I'm four miles away? I cancelled and will be cooking at home late or a hungry house.
