Just closed on my new home. Brooklyn was my buyer's agent and did an excellent job. This was my third house but realty isn't my business so her guidance through the process and knowledge of the market was invaluable. Recommended.
We were first time homebuyers and, now that we are selling one of the homes and working with a different realtor, we see that we were taken advantage of greatly. She did not do much for us other than paperwork (we had already had walk through done and we were both out of state) and charged us a fee of $15,000 for the two houses (together were about 210,000).
