I’m leaving this review because I don’t think anyone deserves to go through what I went through. First, I want to express my gratitude to the clinic’s staff, they were kind and did everything they could with the resources they had. I’d actually love to know their names so I can personally acknowledge them. However, the clinic itself has terrible communication. Walked in here with my mom. Our wait wasn’t too bad. She was very happy with the customer service. Like all medical offices this place seems a little overwhelmed but she was diagnosed and medication was sent over right away with no serious issues.
This place should be investigated as a pill mill or something. I was previously a client, but in January was referred here after a visit to Kings County hospital. When I went in to reschedule my appointment, the female staff member told me I couldn't get an appointment because I didn't have a cell phone. It's 2025!!! Do you not understand the concept of email? Plus I live in the neighborhood. Make a house call, send a letter. It was just so unprofessional to behave in this way. Totally shocking policy.
