BHM has been managing my condominium for several years now with John Rouse serving as our point person. I have been on the board for over 5 years and I am impressed with how John and his staff are always willing to roll up their sleeves and support us with all types of situations, both proactively and reactively. Of course in a community like a condo, not everyone is satisfied with everything, but in my experience, John and his staff approach challenging situations in an extremely fair and professional manner.
