I have been a veterinary technician for over 20 yrs and been around a lot of veterinarians and she is by far one of the most professional and compassionate person and veterinarian you will find. I'm so happy with Heather Thomson and her staff. Because I'm so particular about how my animals (I have 2 dogs and 4 cats) are treated, I just love the fact that she's so open-minded about the holistic treatments that I seek out on my own (or thru holistic veterinarians), and how non-critical she is. I worry so much about my crew and the impact of seemingly (but not really) small things that are done to them over the course of their lives, and appreciate the ability to actually discuss these with an open-minded veterinarian.... read more
Dr. Thomson had cared for my greyhound Johnboy and two cats Jake and Kay for over 7 years. She always was extremely professional but with great compassion. I would not hesitate to recommend her services to other pet owners. It is a big responsibly owning and loving a pet and Dr. Thomson makes it a lot easier!!!!!
Dr. Thompson and Dr. Balsam are THE BEST! Our sweet rescue puppy, Honey Bear, loves them and she feels the love right back. Couldn't ask for a better veterinary group for our first dog.
