Worst wax of my life! I do not recommend coming here.
I booked this place on ClassPass many days in advance (3-5 days) and was confirmed for 2 appointments. I called the place 3 hours in advance as well to confirm my appointments. Without any notice, they cancelled on me 2 hours in advance without any explanation. This is extremely unprofessional and just a waste of my time. I wouldn’t recommend booking this through ClassPass as they don’t prioritize that part of the business. They cancelled my appointment booked via classpass on a 2 hour notice after my schedule was built around it . Besides that they emailed me earlier asking to bring cash for the tip. Very shady
