This 5 star review is specifically for the receptionist and practice policy. This practice has two locations. I went to the wrong one and they paid car service for me to get to the right location. Thank you and sorry for the trouble.
I went to see Dr. Po here 3 times. First 2 were fine and my copays for my insurance is $40. Last time was in the spring. The assistant argued with me for at least 20 minutes that I needed to pay $70 and claimed it's copay plus my deductible. I insisted I handle that with my insurance not at the doctor's office but she refused to let me see the doctor until I paid. And if it was credit card there was a surcharge. So I paid in cash.
