I’ve been on hold for over an hour. Several different women answer the phone, and there was a point where my phone call wasn’t being answered. I think they should consider recruiting more employees.
Dr.Wong is best doctor in Brooklyn. He listen and care about patient.
Dr. Wong is the best PCP I have ever meet. He is kind and nice, a great patient listener. He's care plan is full of details and patient centered. The staffs works here are super nice and helpful. They do a lot of specialists schedule services which they don't have to do. I recommend this medical office for the first choice of your health care!
