I called on Sunday to ask if the clinic would prese some kind of medicine. The man who answered the phone was very rude and asked me, "What's wrong with you?" The man didn't ask about the patient's information. Then when I told him what my problem was, he transferred me to another woman, which was ridiculous. I chose to call this number. I've had a great experience here. Everyone is very responsive and things get done. Couldn't be more satisfied. 10/10 recommend
I’ve had nothing but an excellent experience here from the front desk to the assistant who draws my blood and does the intake to PA Dr. Wong. He’s really personable, knowledgeable, empathetic and does not rush you. He treats you like a human being not a number. Highly recommend this clinic
