Front desk on first floor, lady yelled at me for being on the wrong line, there were 3 receptionists and me and one other person! She wanted me on first line, but you don’t speak like that in a professional setting…Gastroenterologist did not explain drug to me..told me to take it after endoscopy and I was groggy, when I met him three weeks later, he was in a hurry but as I was leaving in the hall he was talking to the patient before me! I had to scurry around.
Dr. Marciano is really great! Listening and understanding, and really making you feel comfortable. Definitely recommend!
