I needed a filling around the area I work in, so I turned to google. Huge mistake, maybe I failed on my part that I missed the fact that reviews for this office date at least 5 years ago. I have no doubt this Dr was great 5 Years ago. He should be in no position to work on clients now. Not only his hands shake and he missed drilling on the tooth he worked on. I called to make a new pt appt.. and the only thing I can say are first impressions are important. If your receptionist is nasty and rude how can you gain patients? She sounds like she also needs to retire or better yet learn some phone ethics.

I called to see if they accepted medicade they said they do. I specifically told them I just recently went to ER to have a tooth extracted from the pains I was having and that i was told to seek dentist ASAP ., after my cleaning I was told how my coverage does not cover the dental work needed done for full implants and that it would only cover partial implants but they would be more complicated because these would be able to come out and it’s allot of cleaning involved.
