Everyone I dealt with was very professional. It's hard to get in. But I was very impressed. And I felt at ease. They were very kind.

Literally the worst , the wait time is always ridiculously long!! If you call there never seems to be appointments available . I arrived with tooth pain as a walk in at 2:50 and wasn’t seen until 6PM ! If there is other options please take them . I sat while waiting and saw the receptionist say there were three calls ahead every time the phone rang yet she was never on the phone.

I just called to make an appointment for a cleaning. This is Aug. 6 and was told to call back Nov.1 to make an appointment in December. I’m due for a cleaning now.

I've been through the ringer with Dentists in the NY area. I am from Boston which has much higher quality of dental (and health in general) services. That being said this place maintains a standard we expect. They are dealing with a challenging group of customers and yet they remain steadfast in their systems. Some backlog in getting in and scheduled, but once you get in, the medical staff there is world class. Kind, funny, smart, knowledgeable.
