I love Brooklyn Dental! I was nervous and insecure about starting the journey to get my smile healthy again, but the entire team made me feel comfortable from day one. Everyone is professional, warm, and welcoming. A special shoutout to Carla at the front desk for always being so friendly and helpful. Found this doctor on ZocDoc, and I recommend getting a second opinion if you come here. My first appointment they said I had several cavities that needed to be addressed. On a following appointment the dr removed 2 wisdom teeth for me and told me the 3rd required a specialist. The specialist he referred me was asking for 10k and said it wouldn't be covered by insurance lol. Super fast and effective stuff shout out to the front desk billing coordinator knew her stuff and also dental hygienist. He did amazing on my teeth very friendly and the dentist also fixed my Chipped Tooth walked out feeling amazing.
This doctor did a damage my teeth and took deposit money from my account than he don’t complete work (horrible office)
Avoid at all costs. They will send you to multiple specialists to drain your insurance coverage instead of sending you to just 1 that can take care of everything. This means multiple x-rays for no reason, multiple co-pays for no reason, multiple fees for no reason. The worst part is they know better. They know how much coverage you have when you start working with them. They just choose to play dumb when they give you a bill.
