BCLAC has taken care of our horses and a few barn cats for nearly 20 years and we have always been happy with the level of care, compassion, and friendliness of the vets and office staff. As with any large animal vet, sometimes we have to wait for them to arrive because they are taking care of an emergency elsewhere but they get to us as soon as possible. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Was this veterinarian gentle when caring for your pet? Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort Did this veterinarian fully explain your pet's condition? Absolutely, I knew exactly what my pet had and what treatment options were available. Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes, I'm going tell everyone about them.
