the food, the service, and the efficiency with which the waiters handled their jobs were all so pleasing. although i cant say that they have the best of a food catagory, every single entree was satisfying, so you wont regret anything that you order. my friends and i always go there, and my family and i go frequently as well. the prices are feasible and everyone can manage to afford the food.
people i eat at this place twice a week. delicious dough and generous toppings.their pastas are good i recommend the chicken marsala and the pomodoro.This is how food should be: both healthy AND delicious.Go to Brooklyn Brickoven Pizza. You will be thoroughly pleased.The price was right, too.
Seriously... who wrote these other reviews?!? – Wanted to spend a lovely Saturday afternoon having some great pizza and a pitcher of beer close to home so we used Citysearch and found this place... claiming to have great NY style pizza. Went and found a completely empty, mess of a restaurant (no one else being there should've been a sign). I will give them friendly service, but the food made me feel like I'd been a smoker for 50 years and completely lost my sense of taste! Great NY style pizza – I looove pizza. Good pizza. The place is a little hard to find, and not much to look at, but stay focused. Its all about the pizza. Great NY style thin crust pies and slices. Added bonus of great prices. Check it out.
great pizza in south bay – Upon moving to Hermosa Beach, we finally found a great pizza parlor with tasty food and an authentic, NY style vibe. The sauces have a great flavor without being over seasoned, and the pizza crust is reminiscent of back east. The staff is relaxed and friendly, the kind of family run business you want in your neighborhood and miss from your old one growing up.
