I ordered flowers for my grandmother for Mother's Day. Chose to go with a small business instead of a big company because down in the south where I am they make the most beautiful bouquets. Not only was I appalled with the condition the flowers came in, It was the completely wrong bouquet. I emailed Sunday immediately and spoke to Mary on the phone Monday and she assured me that the correct bouquet would be sent no later than the following afternoon.
