A bad experience through and through. Terrible customer service, and pretty lousy flowers to boot. My wife's friends sent her flowers to celebrate the birth of our child. On the expected delivery day, my wife gets a call from someone that received her flowers by mistake and asks if we have theirs. We find a bouquet haphazardly left on the street in front of our apartment, but they actually aren't the callers' flowers, they're another person's. The team at Brooklyn Bloom was wonderful - responsive, helpful, and kind. They answered all my questions and coordinated the pickup over the phone. The arrangements were absolutely beautiful, and I was thrilled to work with them. Highly recommend!

What I got versus what I ordered in case anyone is curious about the disclaimer. Came out much different than what I expected/wanted. No refunds or partial refunds available after purchase. Just an FYI to keep your expectations open..
