Been going here for years 2 weeks ago they turn me away for service on a bike I bought with them I had a flat they wouldn't even fix that said they were going out of business that was 2 weeks ago been in a market for a new bike how can I buy something from these people?
We ordered my wife a replacement bike saddle and paid in store. After 2 weeks without contact I called back and was told that not only had the saddle not been ordered, it could not be ordered. No explanation was offered. I understand supply chain issues or whatever, but the least they could do is call me and not just sit on my money and waste my time.
They have unique bike helmets that you can't get just anywhere. Everything went smoothly with purchase and delivery.
Ordering from them online was great, looking forward to visiting them in person sometime when I'm in San Diego
Love this bike store, just moved to the area from DC. They offer great routes if you need direction on how to get somewhere (biking is my main form of transportation.) They're quick to help or recommend a product when you're unsure what to buy. My husband got his ebike here and we couldn't be happier with it.
