Truck drivers, as of 08/08/25 this place is new. I would suggest you back from 52nd ave to enter so you can sight side into a dock for a live load/unload. No turn around once you enter they are still under construction. I marked the entrance in purple. Check in at door 7 southeast corner of the building (not dock 7). I had a drop n hook. Customer support is non existent and unresponsive. Mattress review will follow once I finally receive it.
I have been trying to contact customer support for 4 days now, your email told me I would be contacted in 5-7 days after my order is shipped and it has now been 9 days and I haven't gotten anything. Even your goddamn AI on your website doesn't respond to me anymore and quite frankly I'm ready to cancel my order if nothing happens today or tomorrow this has been the worse first impression of a company I have ever had. This was supposed to be a surprise for my girlfriend getting a nice new bed but this is a joke at this point.
Fantastic showroom with many super comfortable beds. Had a hard time picking one because they are all so comfortable and extremely well made. Finally picked the Sedona Luxe. Thanks to Sheila for being so helpful and patient with me. She is very friendly and courteous. I recommend Brooklyn Bedding and especially the Glendale location. You will not be disappointed.
PAID FOR NEXT DAY SHIPPING. 5 days later they don’t even get the package to UPS on time. Company is a joke and the mattress sucks.
