I stopped in to the QC store when I was looking for a new mattress. BB was one of the options on my list but was hesitant to buy online without trying them out. We went in looking to purchase a mattress and ended up hating it as it was too soft so I called and we had to wait the 30 days which I totally understand, when those 30 days were up I called again and said it was causing us so much back pain and we wanted a firmer mattress and they handled that, however at that moment it would have been nice to let me know that it’s either 1 swap or 1 return, we would have chosen to return immediately.
