Queen Wendy was amazing. We have owned our Helix Elite mattress for 9 months now but we seem to have soft spots within the mattress. We didn't get a satisfactory response from the guys that were sent here so Queen Wendy understood our plight so she was able to keep us happy. So she ordered a new mattress for us. We recently went through 4 mattresses at 3 companies to find our perfect fit. The staff at Brooklyn Bedding was so patient and helpful, especially Wendy (who did our exchange) and Al (who guided our first purchase). We settled on the Helix Elite Midnight at BB and couldn't be happier!
Theo Very unprofessional and rude!! this is not how they behaved at their convenience when making the sale!! One year with the mattress and he had me send pictures because they don’t have any one in my area aside of me taking the pictures for them doing their job they deny that warranty wont cover!! By the way the mattress tilted to the side and sucks bad quality caused a lot of neck and back pain!! Don’t buy if you are considering!!
