I can’t say enough about Wendy and the service that I was lucky enough to experience from her today! She is amazing, a rare gem that I feel lucky to know:) She went way above and beyond to help me and I am so grateful for her expertise. We have had our Brooklyn bed for 8 years and we love it! GO IN THE STORE FIRST, DON’T SHOP ONLINE BY YOURSELF!!! Here’s why I say this. We went in the store and Wendy was super helpful! She heard our needs (my fiancé and I),we have back problems, we told her what we do for work, she knew exactly what we needed. They’re very knowledgeable not only on the type of mattress but the correct base/frame you need (I didn’t think the base made a difference, IT DOES!!)
