Have been with Brisbane Beauty Bar since they were at their first location! Such a beautiful beauty salon. Aleisha and Katrina have been my therapists for years and I couldn't recommend anyone else. They are both so attentive, understanding and I always feel beautiful leaving their care x
Edit: unfortunately, I can not recommend Brisbane Beauty Bar. Previous review: My nail technician was great, she did a great job and was very nice! I appreciate the customer service she gave me, she gave me time to choose, offered me a drink and had a lovely manner. 5 stars to her 😊I feel my experience would have been much better if the ambiance overall was improved.

RESPONSE BELOW* If you’re a mum - I’d recommend finding somewhere else. As a first time mum of a 5 month old, I left my appointment that was cut short in tears. The service was absolutely terrible & I will not be stepping foot in that salon ever again. The general manager was insensitive, blunt and extremely rude. As a reply to their comment: It’s the gaslighting and hypocrisy from this company that has confirmed for me—and many of my friends who used to go here—why we won’t be returning.
