BEWARE! I wish I could give this company zero stars. These people are the definition of slumlords. They will take at least a week to acknowledge a maintenance request with no indication of when the request will be fixed. I lived in uninhabitable conditions for months with management showing a complete disregard for my safety. Best management team! I’ve now rented my second apartment through Brooklive, and I couldn’t be happier with their professionalism and sense of responsibility. RUN DONT WALK. These people are the biggest slum lords I have encountered in my life. Do not trust them because they lie like its a talent. They will approve anyone for a quick buck which is dangerous. They knowingly rented a unit to me with a violent drug dealer residing inside. Drug addicts hang in this building every day. The absolute best management company in NYC! I've been a tenant if theirs over 5 years I. 3 different addresses and they ALWAYS were super tentative and taking care if maintenance and issues with no delays Easily recommend them as your landlord in NYC if you value a smooth and easy communication and being taken care of as a paying tenant should
Just recently became a resident under this management and have been getting the best treatment. Jackeline A has been going above and beyond to make sure my transition moving is as painless as possible. Always responding to issues and extremely supportive through any minor inconveniences from outside sources. Very trusting and I would recommend to anyone looking for great management service.
