I've been trying to get in touch with Rachel for months. She had us apply to an apartment that we were approved for but then the landlord backed out because he wanted to give the apartment to someone he knew. She told us we'd be refunded since it was the landlord's error. I have not heard back from anyone and I've been trying for months.
Serge is the best broker I have ever worked with. He fought so hard to get me an apartment after deals fell through with certain landlords. If you want someone to work with you and make you feel valued. Serge is definitely the guy!
Don't get fooled by this real estate company! They have hidden agendas. Please please!! prevent this company at all cost!
