I've tried multiple products from Brooklinen at UTC. Hannah and Vanessa and the team are super knowledgeable on the products and easy to talk to. You can tell the sales team what you want for your linen, or what you don't want, and they'll help you out. Percale and linen have been good for me as someone who gets hot sleeping at night. I'm also a big fan of the super plush robe, makes me feel like a king walking around at home.
Brianna and Hannah were super helpful and had great attitudes! Couldn’t have asked for more on a late night Black Friday!
We had such a wonderful experience at Brooklinen thanks to Hannah! She took the time to help us put together the perfect cozy color combination of sheets, pillows, duvets, and blankets. She was not only incredibly knowledgeable about all the products but also so personable and kind — it felt like we were shopping with a friend who genuinely cared about making our space comfortable.
