I used to be a hard core martial arts student. I loved studying Karate and Tae Kwon Do. Eventually, injuries forced me to quit those arts and look for something that might help me heal. I walked out of my first BTC class 15 years ago thinking, “Huh, I feel different.” I stayed to find out why and the feeling has kept getting better and better.
