Dr.Serrano is amazing. She is compassionate and explains everything that is happening. Best care I have received. The whole team is polite and respectful! I would recommend this practice to everyone!
Unprofessional office administration. You shouldn’t expect that they will check your insurance and will say if they are in network or not to surprise you with a hefty bill. That’s what the job of office administrator is to get a pre estimate from the insurance and let the patient to know in advance that they don’t do. Terrible
Dr Serrano is an incredible human and doctor! I am so grateful I found her. She is exceptional in her field and would recommend her 100% !
Just the best. I have had 2 surgeries here now, both with Dr Daher. I was quite a nervous patient but he has a great manner - firm but very kind - and explained the procedures very clearly to me to put me at ease. All of the healthcare professionals are super professional and comforting, and the administrative staff were fantastic, too, and helped with my insurance questions. Cannot recommend this office enough.
