Incredible experience! I was able to get service out in less than 24 hours after calling late in the day. Kadin, our technician, did a fantastic job. He was friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. We were worried we would have to replace the whole door, but Kadin was able to repair it and we spent way less than we were expecting. Will absolutely be using and recommending Brookline going forward.

He left it “better than he found it” by not just replacing the broken spring, but upgrading the spring rating for my door and replaced worn out bearings too! Now it’s quiet and smooth even though it’s over 20 years old. Thanks Conner!
My garage door actually broke apart. I discussed options with their consultant and decided to repalce the door and the opener, and got one of the most modern openers around. Tyler did the replacement, and I was very impressed with his care and workmanship.
