Dr Wong was very informative and efficient in doing my semiannual skin check.
I went to Dr. Bernstein for an annual preventative care mole check as recommended since I was a teenager. When I was billed for an office visit rather than preventative care ( covered by insurance) I called 3+ times and the billing office said they recognized the mistake and would resubmit to insurance. They just kept sending bills and no one from the office would assist either in getting this billing coded correctly. Then I get a notification they sent it to collections. Ridiculous.
