Commercial Bank according to CEO Fess, yet during my 7 years banking with them they can never find my loan and I only have to speak to one employee. Tim Steiner who was the assistant VO of commercial loans. After 7 years paying ballon interest the newly promoted Steiner in the Waltham location ( Vice President ) now is never returning my phone calls.
