The personal is most helpful and polite.....go out of their way to be helpful even when you call the service is all how can I help you.....they are patient when I need help to change a password on my computer, which believe me needs the patience of Jobe They make phone calls if need be and correct errors for you, I love Brookline Bank, I am a fairly new customer.
