The customer service and level of responsiveness is out of this world. Jessie the property manager feels like family. Heather has been great too. Would highly recommend.Â
Jesse is absolutely fantastic to deal with. If it was not for him, I don’t think we would’ve picked that apartment. He’s the nicest kindest man and will do anything to help you.Â
We have just recently moved only because of the high rents and construction noise which made it impossible to sit outside. The managers are incredible, quick to respond to any issues and building is always sparkling clean. Not sure where price hikes will end but almost impossible to affordÂ
Not worth the price- look elsewhere This is not a luxury apartment by any means, despite how it’s marketed. While the units are spacious, the overall experience has been disappointing One of the most frustrating issues is that the building regularly rents out the amenities (like the gym and common areas) for yoga classes, summer camps, and other events.
