The current management has been a huge disappointment. In my experience, they have been unwilling to work with residents or make reasonable accommodations, which is a complete contrast to the previous management team. I am extremely disappointed with the management at 49 Brookline Drive. I am now seriously considering moving out over an issue that could have easily been resolved. When I completed all of the paperwork for renewing my lease, it was discussed and agreed that our unit would have three parking spaces, just as we did last year. Based on that agreement, I invited my friend to move in. The current staff has poor communication skills and is often rude and unhelpful. They don’t treat residents with respect, and parking management is very disappointing. Overall, the service provided by the staff is unprofessional and needs significant improvement.

I was visiting my friend and had my dog with me. I stopped for 30 seconds in the lobby to check my phone for her room number when someone came out and told me I couldn’t loiter in the lobby with my dog. I was checking for the room number…for 30 seconds. Talk about a warm welcoming

Very disappointing experience. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional, making even simple interactions unpleasant. For a building that advertises itself as a luxury apartment, it definitely doesn’t feel luxurious. The customer service is poor, the atmosphere is unwelcoming, and the overall experience doesn’t match the premium image they promote.
