All the staff that work here are wonderful but I must give a special mention to Dr.Afshari. He is extremely kind, respectful and honest. I trust this team wholeheartedly and go out of my way to bring my pets here!
Lost a 20+ year pet customer. Overcharged for meds by 400%, and didn’t follow up with care or compassion that led directly to my cat’s death. This was after pushing an over to top, expensive hospital visit to shave a small patch the year before.
Lost a 20+ year pet customer. Overcharged for meds by +175%, and then tried to push for unnecessary and costly hospitalization and dangerous anesthetic to shave a small matted patch off a cat. This was no charge at literally every single other vet I called after. They’re ripping off the people of brooklin at every chance. Keep your pets safe and stay away!
