They were incredibly lovely and compassionate when I had to make the impossible decision to say goodbye to my elderly dog. I didn't feel judged or rushed, and they were comforting and sympathetic on what was an absolutely terrible day. Very thankful for their treatment of both me and my pup. Thank you ❤️

Very disappointed in their client services and communication. Called twice for an appt. After the first call they did nothing and didn;t even contact my former vet clinic. Called back, waited 5 days with no communication. They obvioulsy have little care for communication with clients.
