Called Eric for a quote on cleaning up an overgrown tree we have on our front lawn. My intention was to cut the tree down to a fraction of its size. Eric showed up to quote the work needed. He took the time to explain to me the background on the tree and what he would recommend. Turns on butchering the tree like I wanted to do was not the way to go.
